- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present futuristic concepts to investors and industry stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics
- Executive experience with P&L responsibility >$10M
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurology
