- Lead ideation workshops and hackathons to cultivate breakthrough concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and identify strategic partnerships
- Build and mentor an internal innovation task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend methodologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
