- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology foresight framework identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Horizon as a thought leader
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and industry keynotes
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and ethical implementation
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and incubate breakthrough startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and exponential technology trends
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Strategy preferred
