- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions and validating market viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership reports on technological convergence scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management a plus
