Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and emerging opportunities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align strategic vision with organizational capabilities
- Author predictive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM preferred)
