Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or scenario planning
- Proven track record implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, cross-impact analysis)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
