Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on future workforce and market disruptions
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on technology ethics and governance
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Advose on R&D allocation for exponential technology portfolios
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technology singularity or 4th industrial revolution
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
