Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and strategic pivots
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other premier future-tech forums
- Mentor junior strategists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, quantum, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience building C-suite dashboards for tech risk/opportunity assessment
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
