Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with UN SDGs and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications for climate modeling and healthcare
- Establish partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and WHO to shape global tech policy frameworks
- Design neural interface systems for accessibility and cognitive augmentation
- Conduct scenario planning for AI governance and ethical automation standards
- Author white papers on metaverse interoperability and decentralized identity solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications (3+ citations)
- Proven track record scaling technology from concept to global implementation
- Expertise in ISO 26000 sustainability frameworks and IEEE ethics standards
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages with specialization in quantum machine learning
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Speaker credentials at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent global forums
