Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive technology threats and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology roadmaps and future forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 digital landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neural interfaces
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic circles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
