Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology foresight strategies for 2026 and beyond
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) and assess market impact
- Create strategic roadmaps for R&D investments and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce executive briefings and scenario planning documents for C-suite decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight projects with measurable impact
