Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive innovation through hackathons and incubator programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Toffler's Future Shock, Porter's Five Forces)
