Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Lead $5M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI targets
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology pioneers and research institutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (minimum 3 published industry reports)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Strong track record of executing multi-year innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
