You'll analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech, translating complex signals into actionable strategies that position InnovateNext at the vanguard of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends to develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks for emerging technology domains
- Drive adoption of agile foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
