Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend forecasts
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning within tech or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech strategy implementation
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
