- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development lifecycles
- Present strategic forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and innovation methodologies
