Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Technology Trend Forecasts with 3-5 year horizons for quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Architect strategic roadmaps for R&D investments aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI regulation and neural interfaces
- Present executive briefings to board members and investors on technology disruption opportunities
- Forge industry partnerships with academic labs and quantum computing pioneers
- Mentor next-generation tech strategists through internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or Computer Science; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology forecasting or corporate innovation strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Published white papers on quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech through strategic partnerships
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Systems thinking certification from Singularity University or equivalent
