Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and synthetic biology applications
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and commercialization
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology domains
- Proven track record of developing and executing tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (articles, patents, or books)
