Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching tech products with 3-5 year market foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their industrial applications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives with measurable impact
