Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or corporate innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting frameworks
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech disruption (IEEE, HBR)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives ($50M+ budgets)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of US tech policy and innovation ecosystems
