Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience in executive-level strategic planning
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent preferred
