- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise digital transformation aligned with future market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives on disruptive technology impacts
- Author thought leadership reports on tech convergence and its business implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in controlled environments
- Advorse on policy and ethics frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with startups, academia, and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field required
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across technology and business domains
