Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, climate tech, neural interfaces)
- Present future-state visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technological applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts to market-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with global foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
