Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural networks, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial solutions
- Analyze global tech policy implications and recommend ethical implementation frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology adoption and innovation methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence systems
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Strong presentation skills with experience at tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative technology implementations or research publications
- Experience with agile development methodologies in experimental environments
