Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of 2026 tech
- Partner with VCs to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Author white papers on the societal impact of post-silicon computing
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted patents
