Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 tech adoption across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototyping next-gen systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience securing federal grants and corporate partnerships for R&D initiatives
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
