- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen product prototypes leveraging AI/ML, quantum computing, and IoT
- Partner with R&D to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts through market simulations and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and scenario planning
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and tech forecasting frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation at enterprise scale
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains (2020-2023)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech-to-market innovations from concept to launch
