Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate adaptation) to create 2026 strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings read by Fortune 500 CMOs and Chief Innovation Officers
- Build proprietary forecasting tools using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or tech publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Experience facilitating executive workshops for audiences of 50+ stakeholders
