Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead executive workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Create visualizable future narratives that inspire organizational alignment and innovation
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through data-driven foresight methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
