Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks incorporating AI, climate resilience, and biotechnology trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize future opportunities and risks
- Produce scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation pipelines aligned with long-term societal evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications
- Experience leading global cross-cultural strategy initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of foresight on organizational outcomes
