Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable foresight reports with risk assessments and opportunity matrices
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready innovations into product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and economic indicators for early signal detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
