Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on sustainable tech and ethical AI implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Advise executive leadership on geopolitical tech policies and regulatory compliance for emerging markets
- Mentor junior futurists while building an external thought leadership network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or circular economy systems
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
