Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Produce quarterly '2026 Pulse Reports' synthesifying geopolitical, technological, and consumer behavior shifts
- Architect the Innovation Pipeline for next-gen technologies (Neuromorphic AI, Synthetic Biology, Quantum Networks)
- Partner with Venture Capital arm to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into ecosystem
- Present strategic futures to global leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence patterns (AI + Biotech + Climate Tech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
