Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario modeling

- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal inflection points
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases using machine learning and NLP technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Manage a global team of futurists while fostering partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and WEF
- Design and implement 'Future-Ready' certification programs for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Cassandra, Scenarios, Causal Layered Analysis) and data visualization platforms
- Track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar strategic decisions based on future intelligence
