Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future capabilities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on post-2026 digital transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Advise executive board on risk mitigation for systemic disruptions
- Build and mentor a futurist innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with policy implications of disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
