- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Design strategic blueprints for future product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build proprietary trend intelligence systems using advanced analytics
- Advise on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent models
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, biotech, or space tech
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
