- Design scenario-planning models for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings translating complexity into clarity
- Champion future-readiness initiatives across product development and operations
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking and anticipatory leadership principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives or published foresight work
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) highly valued
