Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps for sustainable smart cities and climate adaptation
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging workforce paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Published research on emerging tech societal implications (IEEE/Foresight journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI ethics, and circular economy principles
- Proven track record leading global innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFS) preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
