Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Technology Horizon' reports predicting paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with Fortune 500 CTOs to prototype future-state business models
- Design and execute 'Future-Proofing' workshops for executive teams on navigating technological disruption
- Analyze global patent filings, academic research, and policy shifts to identify emerging opportunities
- Create strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation implementation
- Build and maintain a network of 100+ futurist thought leaders across 15 industries
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and publish in peer-reviewed innovation journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities with published foresight methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption and strategic pivots
- Strong data visualization skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation initiatives launched based on your strategic foresight
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
