- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author quarterly strategic briefs for executive board and investor summits
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-ready solutions using generative AI
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote speeches and white papers
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies like predictive network analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in tech or sustainability sectors
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend storytelling
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
