Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product development roadmaps
- Present visionary frameworks to investors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and geopolitical implications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
