Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret emerging technologies, market trends, and global shifts to inform long-term strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework to anticipate changes in the next 3-10 years.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight insights into product development and business strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on strategic foresight and future trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Economics, or Social Sciences); Master's or PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in foresight, trend analysis, or future studies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential impact.
