Responsibilities

- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies for client strategic planning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in top industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-state prototypes
- Present strategic recommendations at global innovation conferences
- Build and maintain a network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling
- Proficiency with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption scenarios
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
