Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof business models and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers on emerging megatrends
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and nurture pre-emptive startup opportunities
- Design and deploy horizon-scanning methodologies using predictive analytics and machine learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk modeling
- Strong command of quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Prophet, Metaculus)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
