Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive leadership
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry panels
- Monitor global R&D developments and geopolitical shifts affecting tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or global tech organizations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
