Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Produce actionable foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and technological inflection points
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with future-focused methodologies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Strong track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in technology, sustainability, or healthcare sectors preferred
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements at industry conferences
