Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends in AI, biotechnology, and climate science to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating 2026+ technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging technologies' societal impacts
- Design ethical innovation frameworks for responsible exponential growth
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
