Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market patterns to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability paradigms
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive strategies
- Produce visionary whitepapers and trend reports influencing company R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate resilience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
