Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 product roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design and execute innovation pilots with Fortune 500 partners in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications for industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing commercialization plans for emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures research tools (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python/R for trend analysis
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with successful product launches
