Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 10-year strategic foresight framework for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across global markets
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable market disruption predictions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Establish cross-industry coalitions for ethical technology governance
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, Web Summit, and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
